• Please note that these weekly prices include standard house cleaning on departure, all towels (including pool towels) and bed linen.

• An apéro welcome selection is provided. On request, groceries can be purchased for your arrival but the supermarket is nearby on foot.

• The changeover day is always Saturday.  Arrivals are welcomed after 4pm and departures are to take place no later than 10am.

• Minimum rental – one week from Saturday to Saturday.

• Please contact us for our booking procedure. A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking confirmation.  Once paid the deposit may be transferrable subject to notice and availability.  The balance is payable eight weeks before the arrival date.

• Local tourist tax will charged on arrival at the Hérault Méditerranée 2024 rate for a 5-star meublé de tourisme at 4.75 euros per adult per night.

• A security deposit of 1,000 euros will be requested two weeks prior to arrival as an indemnity against loss or damage to the property, fittings, fixtures and contents. Your liability is not restricted to the amount of the security deposit and it would be advisable to ensure that you are properly insured.

• The lead guest booking the property must be over the age of 30.

• No pets allowed. 

• Not recommended for babies or toddlers on the move as a stairgate cannot be fitted on the ornate staircase and there are stone surfaces throughout.  Children over 5 years old advised.

• On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

• Please remember the presence of animals and insects in the South of France is inevitable in the high summer months and we cannot be responsible for anything untoward in this regard.

• No smoking allowed anywhere inside the property.

• Living quietly next door to the property, I will be there to welcome you and help with any questions you may have if required.
